| "HATS!" The Musical is coming to Seattle in April 2009 |
The tickets are reserved for “Hats” the Musical and the prices
confirmed for our bus trip to Seattle on Saturday, April 18, 2009.
To obtain the Early Bird Special, we need to purchase the tickets by the
middle of December. The price of the theater and bus trip will be $70.
Therefore, we are asking you to send a deposit (non-refundable) of ½
the amount ($35) by December 12 and the balance ($35) by January 31.

After December 12, the price will go up to $75. All tickets must be paid
by January 31 or your seat will be given to someone else.
Details will follow as far as meeting place and time. (Probably at Jantzen
Beach in Portland.) A snack and water will be provided. We will make a
pit stop probably in Centralia and then have lunch in Seattle close to the
theater (lunch on your own) when we arrive. Details on restaurant to
follow. We will be returning to Portland after the performance.
A list of confirmed reservations has been emailed to the contact person
on the list. Please check with the contact person in your group for
details.
