Taxes and Fees: Group rates include port charges, taxes and fees. However, any increase in fees, taxes or surcharges,
including fuel supplements, which are imposed by the government and/or the cruise line are outside the control of Costco
Travel and are the passenger’s responsibility to pay, even if the booking is paid in full.
First Deposit Amount: $250 per person at time of booking, fully refundable up to final payment. Suites require double the
standard deposit.
Final Payment Due: 90 days prior to departure (except for certain holiday’s or longer than 7-night sailings).
Cancellation Penalties: Penalties for cancellations become effective after final payment and will increase as the sailing date
approaches.
Costco Travel Trip Protection: Starting June 1, 2011
• To book call Travel Guard at 1-888-691-2173 and provide Costco membership number, Group Reference #C111222333,
destination, ship name, sailing date & cost per person.
• Must be purchased PRIOR to final payment for pre-existing conditions waiver
• Valid for purchase by US Residents only.
